Movin' On Up

Chris was a Captain when we married, but on August 1, 2009 he became a Major in the USAF. I am so proud of him. He was able to have his promotion ceremony at Maxwell before we left. On Tuesday, July 14, 2009, he stood in front of his peers, family, and friends while he was given accolades for the work he has done serving his country thus far. I had the honor of pinning his Major rank (oak leaf) on his lapels. I am so proud of him and so thankful he has felt the call of duty to serve his country. His parents and my parents were able to be there and we are so thankful and blessed they support him in what he does. (pics to be posted later)
